Teaching is a passion of mine. I taught finance, economics and business at night at Mt. San Antonio College for about five years, and I'd rather people make an honest, educated decision than a fast one. I'll hold a class when there's a group ready to learn, so tell me what you're interested in and I'll let you know when the next one is set.
Classes I offer
For homeowners and familiesFree. How a reverse mortgage really works, the costs and catches, set-asides, and what happens when a parent dies. Plain answers, and time for every question. Usually at a library, senior center or community room near Diamond Bar.
For real estate agents (continuing education)New American Funding's DRE-approved course, "A Realtor's Guide to Success in the Retirement Market." I'm an approved instructor of it. I can bring it to your office.
For financial advisors, CPAs and attorneysA short class at your office: where a reverse mortgage fits in a retirement plan, what's true and what's myth, and when it's the wrong choice.
Classes are education only. I don't pay or receive anything for referrals, attending is never tied to referring anyone, and your clients are always free to choose any lender.
